Ultimate Medical Academy Earns Third Consecutive Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health
Ultimate Medical Academy has been awarded the 2026 Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health by Mental Health America, marking its third consecutive year receiving the highest level of recognition.
The Bell Seal program, launched in 2019, evaluates organizations based on workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness initiatives. Achieving Platinum status for three years in a row places UMA among a select group of employers demonstrating sustained commitment to employee mental health and well-being.
UMA supports more than 3,000 employees through a comprehensive wellness ecosystem that includes 24/7 coaching and virtual therapy services via its partnership with Headspace, as well as a wide range of self-care resources and wellness programs.
Additional initiatives include the annual Care Collective Conference, which promotes connection and mental health awareness, and the “Zen Den,” an employee resource group focused on fostering open conversations around well-being. The organization also provides certified Mental Health First Aid training through the National Council on Mental Wellbeing.
Dr. Jenna Sage said the recognition reflects UMA’s deeply embedded commitment to mental well-being as a core part of its culture and daily operations.
Chief People Officer Misty Brown added that the achievement reinforces UMA’s reputation as a supportive and empowering workplace, aligning with its broader mission to help employees thrive.
The continued recognition highlights UMA’s focus on building a workplace where mental health is prioritized alongside professional growth and organizational success.
