ExtensisHR Appoints Nicholas Kapiotis as Senior Vice President, Legal and Compliance
ExtensisHR has announced the appointment of Nicholas Kapiotis as Senior Vice President, Legal and Compliance, reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues to expand its internal legal and regulatory capabilities.
The move comes as ExtensisHR focuses on strengthening compliance infrastructure to support ongoing business growth. Kapiotis will play a central role in aligning legal strategy with organizational objectives, while ensuring the company maintains high standards of regulatory oversight and client service.

Kapiotis brings more than two decades of experience in legal and compliance roles within the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) sector. Most recently, he served as General Counsel at the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations, where he collaborated closely with state and federal lawmakers and regulatory bodies, including the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor.
Commenting on his new role, Kapiotis said he is joining ExtensisHR at a pivotal time for the company. He emphasized his commitment to upholding rigorous legal and compliance standards while supporting the organization’s reputation for delivering high-quality HR solutions and customer service.
Kapiotis’ appointment further strengthens ExtensisHR’s executive bench, following recent leadership additions including Jen Morrow as President and Chief Operating Officer, and Alan Missen as Chief Information Officer.
