KNEX Launches AI Agent Pack for PeopleSoft to Simplify HR Workflows
KNEX Technology has introduced a new AI Agent Pack for PeopleSoft, designed to embed intelligent, domain-specific agents directly into HR systems to streamline processes and improve the employee experience.
The solution brings conversational AI capabilities into traditionally complex HR workflows, enabling employees and HR teams to interact with systems more intuitively. Rather than requiring system overhauls, the AI Agent Pack is built to integrate seamlessly within existing PeopleSoft environments, allowing organizations to adopt AI-driven enhancements without major transformation efforts.
The initial release includes three core agents focused on high-impact use cases. A Benefits Explanation Agent helps employees understand eligibility, coverage, and costs by interpreting plan documentation. A Payslip Explanation Agent translates earnings, deductions, and tax changes into clear, accessible language. Meanwhile, a Leave Management Agent provides projections of future leave balances, supporting better time-off planning.
According to CEO Basheer Khan, the goal is to reduce friction in everyday HR interactions by making enterprise systems easier to navigate. By embedding AI directly into existing workflows, the platform aims to improve clarity, reduce administrative burden, and enhance decision-making for both employees and HR professionals.
The launch reflects a broader industry shift toward practical, embedded AI applications that deliver measurable outcomes rather than experimental features. KNEX emphasized that its approach focuses on targeted automation and guided support, helping organizations quickly realize value from AI investments.
Looking ahead, the company plans to expand the agent suite to cover additional HR functions, including benefits optimization, payroll anomaly detection, workforce management, recruiting intelligence, and compliance monitoring.
As enterprises continue to modernize HR operations, solutions like KNEX’s AI Agent Pack highlight the growing role of embedded AI in transforming legacy systems into more responsive, user-friendly platforms.
