ChartHop Launches AI Pro
ChartHop has announced the launch of ChartHop AI Pro, a premium AI-powered solution designed to help organizations automate workforce planning, execution, and operations. The new offering introduces “Agentic Actions,” a feature that connects people data directly with business execution, allowing companies to move from insights to action automatically.
According to Ian White, most HR platforms use AI mainly to provide insights and recommendations, but the real challenge for HR teams is executing decisions. ChartHop AI Pro aims to solve this problem by automating tasks and workflows that usually require manual effort.
Key Features and Use Cases
ChartHop AI Pro allows teams to perform complex HR and business workflows using simple conversational commands, eliminating the need for manual forms, setup, or repetitive administrative work.
For strategic growth, leaders can request real-time dashboards showing headcount, attrition, and compensation trends. The system automatically generates dashboards, connects business data, and monitors risks such as budget overruns.
For manager support, managers can automate monthly team check-ins, generate meeting agendas using performance data, and send notifications to team members automatically.
For HR operations, the system can identify incomplete employee records, update missing data, and notify managers for remaining updates, reducing manual data management work.
For executive reporting, executives can request weekly business reports that combine revenue, customer data, marketing performance, headcount, and attrition in one automated report with risk alerts.
Agentic Actions and Automation
A major feature of ChartHop AI Pro is Agentic Actions, where AI agents can perform tasks automatically. For example, the system can monitor reporting structures, flag compensation changes outside company policy, initiate approvals, and send alerts in real time.
Users can also update employee data, reporting structures, and department information using a conversational interface through a feature called Ask ChartHop.
The platform also supports custom AI agents that can monitor workforce performance, identify legal or compliance risks, track goal progress, and forecast budget alignment.
Unified Business Intelligence
ChartHop AI Pro introduces support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open-standard system that allows the platform to securely connect with other business tools such as financial systems and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. This enables organizations to combine workforce data with business data for better decision-making.
