Decisiv Names Priyanka Chandel as Chief Human Resources Officer to Strengthen Growth and Culture
Decisiv has appointed Priyanka Chandel as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing in a seasoned HR leader with experience across technology and logistics sectors.
In her new role, Chandel will oversee all people-related functions, including talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, and company culture. Her appointment comes as Decisiv continues to expand its data strategy initiatives and scale its operations within the commercial vehicle service ecosystem.
CEO Tim Hardin said Chandel’s leadership will play a key role in strengthening the company’s high-performance culture, which is critical to delivering advanced systems and insights to customers using its Service Relationship Management (SRM) platform.
Chandel brings over a decade of experience in building scalable talent strategies in high-growth environments. Most recently, she served as HR Director at Epicor Software, where she led global HR initiatives including employee experience, leadership development, and succession planning.
Decisiv currently supports more than 5,000 service locations across North America and manages millions of commercial vehicle service events annually through its SRM platform. The company’s ecosystem connects fleets, OEMs, dealers, and service providers to improve maintenance planning, performance, and compliance.
Chandel said she looks forward to enhancing the company’s people strategy as it continues to grow, ensuring that its workforce remains aligned with its mission to support critical transportation infrastructure across the region.
