Helport AI Limited and QuickCEP Form Strategic Alliance to Build AI Workforce Infrastructure for Global Brands
Helport AI Limited has announced a strategic partnership with QuickCEP to accelerate the development of AI-powered workforce infrastructure for global brands and cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The collaboration aims to deliver a unified “Software + AI Workforce” model that combines intelligent automation with outcome-based performance.
At the core of the partnership is a jointly developed “One-Stop, Fully Managed AI Agent Solution,” which integrates Helport AI’s proprietary AI Labor System with QuickCEP’s omni-channel AI customer service SaaS platform. The combined solution is designed to provide end-to-end capabilities—from AI agent deployment and knowledge training to execution under performance-based commercial models.
Strategic Collaboration Highlights
The alliance brings together QuickCEP’s AI-driven customer interaction platform with Helport’s AI-enhanced Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations. Together, the companies aim to deliver fully managed services tailored to global brands, while also expanding into new international markets and contributing to the development of industry ecosystems, standards, and supply chain resources.
The partnership is already operational, with early customers onboarded and initial revenue expected in the second quarter of 2026. Helport AI anticipates onboarding approximately 50 enterprise clients within the next six months, reflecting strong demand that currently exceeds deployment capacity. To address this, the company is scaling its global deployment teams.
Introducing the AI Labor System
Helport AI’s AI Labor System represents a shift in how enterprises approach customer communication, sales, and service workflows. Moving beyond traditional seat-based labor models, the platform offers scalable AI workforce capacity delivered as an on-demand service.
Inspired by the transformation of cloud computing, the system enables businesses to pay based on measurable outcomes—such as qualified leads, appointments, conversions, or revenue share—rather than fixed labor costs. This model is designed to reduce adoption risk, align incentives, and enable non-linear growth driven by performance and knowledge reuse instead of headcount.
Guanghai Li, CEO of Helport AI, emphasized the strategic vision:
“We are not selling software—we are delivering industrial-grade AI labor capacity. By combining our AI Labor System with QuickCEP’s platform, we aim to provide a scalable workforce solution accountable for real business outcomes.”
Nick Peng, Co-Founder of QuickCEP, highlighted the broader industry impact:
“We believe AI will fundamentally reshape customer service. This partnership allows us to deliver a fully managed, out-of-the-box AI agent solution that directly contributes to business growth.”
Global Expansion Strategy
This collaboration marks another milestone in Helport AI’s global expansion efforts to build a multilingual AI delivery network. It follows the company’s expansion into Latin America with the opening of its Mexico City office in late 2025, establishing a Spanish-language operational hub.
