MindHYVE.ai and Development Authority of LaGrange Partner to Advance AI-Driven Workforce Development in Georgia

MindHYVE.ai, Inc. has entered into a Strategic Collaboration Framework (SCF) with the Development Authority of LaGrange to introduce AI-powered adaptive learning solutions across the region’s workforce ecosystem. The partnership will deploy ArthurAI™, MindHYVE’s agentic vocational learning platform, to address critical upskilling needs in one of the Southeast’s largest manufacturing and industrial hubs.

LaGrange, recognized as Georgia’s top economic development community and ranked sixth nationally among micropolitans by Site Selection Magazine, is home to the Georgia International Business Park (GIBP)—the largest in the Southeast and fourth largest in the United States. The park hosts over 41 international companies from 18 countries, including major Fortune 500 manufacturers such as Kia and its extensive supplier network. Despite a workforce of approximately 250,000 and more than 50,000 manufacturing jobs, regional employers have identified a growing gap between existing training programs and the technical skills required on the job.

Through this collaboration, MindHYVE.ai will roll out ArthurAI™ across employer-driven training initiatives, beginning with pilot cohorts in advanced manufacturing and automotive supplier networks. The platform is designed to deliver adaptive, real-time learning tailored to individual workers’ experience levels, roles, and pace of learning.

Key Components of the Collaboration:

  • ArthurAI™ Vocational Learning Edition (VLE):
Provides adaptive upskilling aligned with employer-defined competencies, dynamically adjusting to each learner—from entry-level operators to experienced technicians.
  • ArthurAI™ Corporate Learning Edition (CLE):
Delivers AI fluency training for supervisors and corporate teams in partnership with the California Institute of Artificial Intelligence.
  • The Dawn Directive™:
A comprehensive AI literacy and certification program developed by CIAI and powered by MindHYVE.ai, featuring a 4-month curriculum comprising 18 courses and 360 hours of instruction tailored for regulated and industrial sectors.

Funding and Accessibility

A significant advantage of the initiative is its alignment with Georgia’s workforce funding ecosystem. ArthurAI™ training programs are structured to qualify for multiple funding sources, including WIOA Title I, the Georgia Work Ready credential framework, federal manufacturing training grants, and partnerships through the Technical College System of Georgia. This layered funding approach has the potential to make deployment cost-neutral for participating employers. The Development Authority of LaGrange will act as the central coordination hub for accessing these funding opportunities.

Pilot Programs and Expansion

The initial phase will include parallel pilot programs comparing AI-driven adaptive training with traditional learning methods. Key performance metrics will include training completion time, knowledge retention, and employer satisfaction. Based on outcomes, the program is expected to expand across LaGrange’s broader industrial base, with the Development Authority facilitating deployment throughout GIBP’s network of over 100 companies.

Leadership Perspectives

Bill Faruki, Founder and CEO of MindHYVE.ai, emphasized the human-centric approach behind the technology:
“Workforce development must adapt to individuals, not the other way around. ArthurAI™ personalizes learning for every worker, ensuring relevance and impact at scale. LaGrange provides the ideal environment to demonstrate this vision.”

He further added, “AI should enhance workforce value, not diminish it. Our focus is on empowering workers and strengthening employment outcomes—LaGrange will serve as a model for this approach.”

Scott Malone, President of the Development Authority of LaGrange, highlighted the strategic importance of the partnership:
“This collaboration equips our workforce with faster, more personalized training aligned directly with employer needs, ensuring our region remains competitive.”

Kelley Bush, Director of Workforce Development and Existing Industry, added:
“LaGrange has built its reputation on industrial excellence and talent development. This initiative reinforces our leadership in adopting ethical AI-driven training technologies.”

This partnership positions LaGrange at the forefront of AI-enabled workforce development, offering a scalable model for bridging skills gaps in advanced manufacturing while promoting sustainable economic growth.
