The SHRM Executive Council brings together top CHROs, business executives, and thought leaders to provide strategic input to Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). According to Courneen, the opportunity allows MSI to contribute directly to global conversations shaping the workplace while also bringing back insights to strengthen the company’s people strategy and long-term growth.

SHRM, with nearly 340,000 members across 180 countries, plays a central role in advancing workplace innovation and best practices. Its Executive Council ensures that its initiatives remain aligned with real-world organizational needs and emerging trends.
