Novaworks.ai Appoints Meg Bear to Board as It Expands AI Workforce Platform

Novaworks.ai has appointed Meg Bear to its Board of Directors, effective April 2026, as the company advances its AI-driven platform for managing the modern workforce.

Bear brings more than three decades of experience in enterprise software, most recently serving as President of SAP SuccessFactors, where she played a key role in shaping the Human Experience Management (HXM) category and overseeing product, engineering and operations.

Strategic Appointment Amid Workforce Transformation

The appointment comes as organizations face increasing complexity in managing diverse workforces that now include full-time employees, contractors and AI-driven agents. Novaworks is developing an AI-native operating system designed to unify these workforce components into a single platform built on the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Company leadership said Bear’s experience in scaling enterprise platforms and navigating workforce transformation will help guide Novaworks as it builds solutions for what it describes as the “total workforce” model.

Industry Experience and Leadership

In addition to her role at SAP SuccessFactors, Bear has held leadership positions at major technology firms including SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Imperva and Saba. She currently serves on the board of Papaya Global and has previously been a board member at Heidrick & Struggles.

Her background spans product development, organizational transformation and workforce technology, positioning her to contribute strategic insight as Novaworks expands its platform capabilities.

Focus on AI-Native Workforce Systems

Novaworks is targeting mid-sized enterprises seeking to modernize workforce operations without adding complexity. The company’s platform aims to streamline processes and improve employee experience by integrating workforce management into a unified, AI-enabled system.

The company recently launched with $8 million in seed funding led by Stalwart Ventures, with additional backing from ServiceNow Ventures and Bell Ventures.
