Paycom has been named the Best HR Service Delivery software and recognized as a top product across payroll, HRIS, and workforce management categories in third-party rankings based on verified customer reviews.
The rankings were published by G2 and were based on real user feedback, reflecting Paycom’s strong performance across core HR, payroll, and workforce management functions. In addition to top product rankings, Paycom received several badges, including Most Implementable, Best Relationship, Best Support, Easiest To Do Business With, and Users Most Likely To Recommend, highlighting high levels of customer satisfaction across organizations of all sizes.
According to Chad Richison, these client-driven awards reflect the company’s ability to deliver full-solution automation, strong return on investment for clients, and high-quality service.
In total, Paycom earned 107 badges, including more than 60 Leader badges, which are awarded to a small percentage of companies based on customer satisfaction and market presence.
One G2 reviewer highlighted Paycom’s single-database architecture, explaining that unlike competitors that combine multiple acquired systems, Paycom was built as a single system from the beginning. This allows data entered once — such as employee information or benefit changes — to automatically update across the entire system in real time. The reviewer also noted that the initial setup process was simple and easy to implement.
