Simplilearn Strengthens Leadership Team with Three Senior Appointments to Support Global Expansion

Simplilearn has announced the appointment of three senior leaders as the company continues to expand its global presence and scale its digital and AI-driven learning programs. The company has appointed Harish Rawat as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Nikhil Sinha as Vice President – Business, and Saurabh Jain as Finance Controller.

The leadership appointments come as demand for digital skills and AI-related training continues to grow across industries worldwide. Simplilearn currently serves more than 8 million learners across over 150 countries and conducts more than 1,500 live online classes every month. The company said strengthening leadership across marketing, business growth, and finance is a key step in supporting its next phase of global expansion.

Harish Rawat joins Simplilearn as Senior Vice President of Marketing, bringing more than 18 years of experience in digital marketing and consumer brand growth. He previously held senior marketing roles at companies including Gameskraft, Zoomcar, Lenskart, Jabong, and Nokia India. At Simplilearn, he will lead global marketing strategy, brand development, and performance marketing initiatives to expand the company’s global reach.

Nikhil Sinha has been appointed Vice President – Business and will focus on expanding enterprise partnerships, strengthening commercial operations, and improving learner engagement across markets. He has previously held leadership roles at startups such as NoBroker and Toppr and has experience in building sales operations and revenue growth strategies.

Saurabh Jain joins the company as Finance Controller and will oversee financial planning, compliance, risk management, and financial governance. He brings nearly two decades of experience in finance and operations, having worked with companies such as Kinara Capital, Udaan, Flipkart, Paytm, and Gadgets360. His role will focus on building financial systems and processes to support sustainable global growth.
