The Sentinel platform is built to support motor carriers in managing driver recruitment, screening, and regulatory compliance while maintaining adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requirements. The latest update introduces enhanced digital driver applications and automated employment verification tools to improve hiring decisions and onboarding processes.

One of the key updates is a customizable digital driver application system that allows carriers to create branded driver application forms, collect driver documents, and manage onboarding workflows in a single platform. The system allows carriers to collect work history, accident records, certifications, endorsements, and compliance documents, while also enabling secure document uploads and e-signature forms. Recruiters can track application submissions in real time and automatically generate driver profiles within the Sentinel system.
