Tapcheck Inc., a provider of on-demand pay technology, has announced a new partnership with Paychex, Inc. to deliver a fully embedded earned wage access solution for employees paid through the Paychex HR Professional Employer Organization (PEO) platform. The partnership aims to provide employees with real-time access to a portion of their earned wages, helping improve financial flexibility and reduce financial stress.

The new embedded solution allows eligible employees to access their earned wages instantly through the Tapcheck mobile application. Employees can transfer funds directly to their bank account or to a Tapcheck Mastercard, giving them more control over their cash flow instead of waiting for traditional payroll cycles.

Tapcheck stated that the system uses payroll data along with predictive machine learning-based balance calculations to ensure accurate and compliant wage disbursement.
