Wizehire Launches Jobs App in ChatGPT as Job Search Becomes Conversational

Wizehire has launched Jobs by Wizehire, a new app available in ChatGPT that allows job seekers to find and apply for local jobs through conversational AI. The launch reflects a broader shift in how people search for jobs, moving from traditional job listings and job boards toward AI-driven conversations.

The company said job search behavior is changing rapidly, with more than 60% of job seekers now using artificial intelligence as part of their job search process, according to research cited from Qualtrics and Gartner. The Jobs by Wizehire app allows candidates to connect to Wizehire through ChatGPT, describe the type of job they are looking for, and receive personalized job recommendations. Candidates can then apply directly from within the ChatGPT interface by answering a few application questions.

For small and growing businesses, the integration helps their job listings appear earlier in the job search process, especially when candidates begin their search through AI tools rather than traditional job platforms. The company said this helps small businesses reach qualified candidates who may not see their job postings on traditional job boards, where visibility is often influenced by paid advertising.
