Crosschq Appoints Hector Selberis as CRO to Accelerate Growth in AI-Driven Hiring Intelligence

Crosschq has named Hector Selberis as Chief Revenue Officer, tasking him with leading global revenue strategy and expanding adoption of its AI-powered hiring intelligence solutions.

Selberis joins from SAP, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, most recently as Senior Industry Account Director overseeing key verticals including consumer, retail, and life sciences. His earlier tenure with SAP SuccessFactors involved working closely with large enterprise clients to drive adoption of workforce and talent management solutions.

Prior to SAP, Selberis also held leadership roles at Eightfold, where he built and scaled sales teams focused on mid-market and enterprise customers. His experience spans both enterprise-scale HR technology and emerging AI-native recruitment platforms, positioning him to lead Crosschq’s go-to-market strategy in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.

“We’re building a company focused on quality of hire as a measurable business outcome,” said Michael Fitzsimmons. “Hector brings the experience and leadership needed to scale that vision.”

Crosschq’s platform is designed to help organisations connect hiring decisions directly to business outcomes by leveraging AI models trained on more than 200 million real-world hiring data points. The solution integrates capabilities such as AI-driven screening, assessments, reference checks, fraud detection, and analytics into a unified system that connects with enterprise platforms including Workday, Oracle, and Salesforce.

Selberis emphasized the growing need for data-driven hiring strategies, noting that many organisations still struggle to link recruitment activity to measurable outcomes. “The market need for hiring intelligence is enormous, and Crosschq is uniquely positioned to address it,” he said.

The appointment comes as HR technology continues to shift toward AI-driven decision-making, with “quality of hire” emerging as a key metric for organisations seeking to improve workforce performance and efficiency.

Backed by enterprise customers including Deloitte, McDonald’s, and Whole Foods, Crosschq is positioning itself as a category leader in hiring intelligence—combining predictive analytics with scalable AI to redefine how organisations attract, evaluate, and retain talent.
