Gloat Brings Agentic HR Capabilities to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams

New York — Gloat has announced the availability of its Gloat Copilot Agent in the Microsoft Agent Store and Microsoft Marketplace, bringing its Agentic HR capabilities directly into Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Teams.

The integration enables employees, managers, and HR teams to access workforce insights and take talent-related actions within the Microsoft tools they already use every day, without switching to separate HR platforms.

HR Intelligence in the Flow of Work

Through the integration, Gloat’s intelligent AI agents can support use cases such as workforce redeployment, career development, internal talent sourcing, succession planning, workforce planning, and learning and reskilling.

For example, managers navigating restructuring can identify employees with transferable skills and explore redeployment options directly in Teams. Employees seeking career guidance can receive personalized recommendations based on skills, adjacent opportunities, and organizational needs within Microsoft 365 Copilot.

“HR technology has always required employees to come to it. We built Agentic HR on a different premise: the capability comes to them,” said Ben Reuveni, CEO and Co-Founder of Gloat.

Extending Workforce Decisions Into Microsoft Environments

The launch builds on Gloat’s broader Agentic HR platform, which uses intelligent agents to understand workforce context, interpret HR data, and orchestrate workflows across existing systems.

Organizations can deploy prebuilt agents or create custom agents using Gloat’s platform, without replacing current HR systems. The integration with Microsoft extends these capabilities into the environments where business collaboration and decision-making already occur.

Srini Raghavan, Corporate Vice President of Copilot & Agents Ecosystem at Microsoft, said Gloat’s agents help bring talent and workforce capabilities into the flow of enterprise work, enabling faster workforce decisions.

Powered by Workforce Context

At the core of Gloat’s platform is Loomra, the company’s proprietary Workforce Context Engine. Built on nearly a decade of enterprise workforce data, Loomra models skills, career paths, organizational patterns, and workforce relationships across millions of employees.

This enables agents to go beyond basic search and provide more advanced workforce intelligence, such as identifying employees who could transition into emerging roles, highlighting future skill gaps, and recommending redeployment paths as business priorities change.

Advancing the Future of HR Technology

By embedding Agentic HR into Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams, Gloat is positioning workforce intelligence closer to daily decision-making. The move reflects a broader shift in HR technology from static systems of record toward intelligent, action-oriented platforms that support employees and leaders in real time.
